Ki Gong

Ki Gong translates as “Energy Work” and is the study of your body’s energy and how to manage/maintain it for better health.

At SATSD we practice and teach a health oriented Ki Gong that concentrates on balancing the body’s flow of energy to improve and maintain health in the body’s different systems. Such as, digestive, circulatory, respirator, endocrine, and cognitive, as well as the emotional and stress reduction aspects of balance. Our Ki Gong training system was passed down to us by the founder of WTSDA, Grand Master Jae C. Shin.
